excellent !!

We were recommended to visit the newly opened Panache Restaurant in Sutton Coldfield. Myself, my husband and the two children paid them a visit on Saturday 29th May 2010. On arrival at 7.15pm we fell in love with the Chandeliers, both on the stairs and in the main restaurant. We were greeted at the door by a friendly waiter and promptly seated down by the window as we had previously requested. Our first impression was wow. As the name Panache suggests the restaurant was elegant and very tastefully decorated. The restaurant looked clean and very classy. Who ever designed and constructed this has done a very good job. As we sat down we noticed there were a few other tables with dinners already eating. There was a nice, quiet noise from the dinners talking mixed with the relaxing, balleric type music playing softly in the background. The menu was something different to the average Indian Restaurant. The dishes looked and described very alluring, from the specialities to the house fusion dishes. There is a good range of fish and vegetarian dishes. The prices were also very competitive. The beautiful design of the menu resembles the peacock feather emblem, which can be found blended into the background. When the food came out we were not surprised to see how beautifully it was decorated and presented. You could not help but notice how the food was gently placed on the expensive German crockery and the fragrant of the dishes were just overwhelming. The food tasted fantastic and so full of flavour. My king prawns were the best I've tasted in an Indian Restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The service was also as expected from a fine dinning restaurant. Well done all you lads at Panache. We would highly recommend this restaurant to every one. The staff have advised me the other Panaches, one in Lichfield and the other in Stafford offer the same style of food and service.
