Terrible Franchise
I came back to driving after a few years to finish off and pass my test. I booked a week intensive course but my experience with Alba was terrible. The instructor was on his phone during the lesson. After the second lesson he said I needed to purchase another 10 hours even though he should have already book my test for the weekend. He missed lessons, turned up hours late and by the end of 3 weeks he still hadn't even booked my test. Asked for a refund of the hours I had not yet taken ~50% and he said no refunds. Head office said the drivers are nothing to do with them as its a franchise. Ended up starting to take him to court and ended up 100 quid and hours of my life down.
