Best care possible.
I am doing a National Diploma in care at Halesowen college, therefore it is required that I have a placement in a care setting. I help at Netherton Green Nursing Home once a week. I feel the clients are getting all the support they require. They all seem very happy and well. I would consider myself lucky to get that much care when I get older.

Netherton Green Review
My nan is currently in netherton green nursing home. Today when visting, most the staff there were sitting around gossiping in the office and when asked to be let out after visiting my nan, they were very rude to me and my mum. My mum was very upset after seeing my nan as she didn't look too good and it didn't help by the bad manners coming from the staff. It takes us an hour and a half to get to Netherton Green from where we live and we stayed 10mins over the visiting time as we got there late because my mum had to work, and had to collect clothes from her previous accommodation. The staff told us they wouldn't let us out and would have to wait as the were having a ""report"" session (was more like a gossiping session) and it was our own fault because we didn't leave when visiting hours finished. After explaining we had a long journey back and couldn't wait for them to let us out they got stroppy asking us to go out the patio doors. The residents at Netherton Green looked as though they weren't receiving the proper care that should be provided from a bupa nursing home.
