avoid at all costs
reset ridge tiles in June to cure leaking roof. Roof still leaks and local roofer has advised that the work completed is not fit for purpose and needs replacing. Regency not answering phone calls or texts leading me to take legal action.

Unprofessional outfit, Care!
Totally unprofessional and unreliable. does not respond to communications. has left debris and equipment at my property since March 2020. Am taking to court for resolution
