Poor
I used Graham Giles at a recommendation for my wedding flowers The team were nice but the final product was poorly done. It looked nothing like I had shown them which leads me to believe that they do not know their products as they used completely different flowers, and secondly a third of the flowers were closed, especially the peonies, I could understand the odd one, but two of the bouquets had only closed ones and there was only one open one in mine (brides) to top it of they had taken the details down wrong and we're planning on sending them to my own house an hour after I'd left. Would not recommend them for important occasions.
