I called this Company when my toilet had an internal leak and was constantly topping up, plumber arrived, called his boss and quoted £200 to repair it! I was totally shocked and asked him to leave. After a visit to B&Q and some good advice, we replaced the coupling valve ourselves with some tutilage from You Tube at a cost of £2.69! Always get 3 quotes!
