poor complaints processes
My wife and I attended an 80's music night. The evening was enjoyable with a packed dance floor and a DJ who kept the music varied. However we did experience a "short change incident". The cashier made a mistake as anyone can do from time to time. We are however extremely disappointed that despite two representations over the bar on the night & four follow up phone calls over the weekend we still can't get a decision or to speak to anyone with rank who can confirm that an error has been made. Their complaints process is non existent.

this pub has won best pub, best food pub and best entertainment venue in the midlands, and i can see why its fabulous food is second to non and exceptional value for money with a whole host of top class acts, they deserve these awards

Carvery
Without doubt the best value carvery I`ve ever been to.And I`m 61,been there,done that.Cracking grub,cracking service.The morning `help yourself` breakfast is brilliant too!
