Couldn't be more helpful, know their stuff!!!
I have just brought a new fish tank, and decided to put marine fish in it. They have guided me through the complete set-up process, and have been extremely helpful with advice and ideas, and the best things to go in my tank. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying any sort of aquarium set-up they really know what they are talking about.

Friendly, Family Run, Fantastic!!!
Since this shop has been taken over it has been transformed. That is in size and by the people running it. It is now a brilliant pet store and as we are beginners in owning repties and spiders we have found the owners to be very knowledgeable and helpful. It is so easy to be given the wrong information on keeping these kind of animals and the owners have helped us to better understand how to care for all of our pets. We are always made to feel welcome and as the other people have said we always spend much more time here than we have planned. We would highly recommend this pet store to anyone and have done so already to many friends.

Perfect for Beginners and Experts Alike
I and my family have been regular visitors to this shop and have seen it's transformation from old fashioned pet shop into a cutting edge exotic pet store (that still caters for the more ordinary pet lover) .. We have bought tarantulas a snake and a bearded dragon from the store and as always we are extremely impressed with the husbandry on show and also the advice freely and generously given .. I have spent probably an hour making actual purchases and more than 6 hours just asking advice ... I am never made to feel unwelcome or as if I am a pest, the owners are knowledgable and friendly and encourage their customers to come back any time they need any further help ... All in all an excellent experience and customer care that is sadly lacking in the larger and better known pet store chains ...

World of Fish (and Reptiles and Tarantula's and........)
What can i say about this pet shop that would do it justice ? The staff are friendly and helpful . They're are a family run shop that take great care of their animals and they have good knowledge to help everyone who has a problem with their pets whether it has fin , scale or more than 4 legs . I've bought numerous pets from there ranging from snakes and lizards to tarantula's and a scorpion . I can't imagine buying a pet from anywhere else any more . If they haven't got what you want or can't get it , what you want belongs in a zoo .

Best Pet Shop
I beagan to use the "World of fish and pets" thanks to a friend and havent looked back since. It is a warm and friendly family run establishment with a wide range of fish and animals. Even if your fish or animal isnt catered for the staff will still endevour to help in anyway they can. This is why I continue to use them and have no doubt i will continue to do so long into the future. The only thing the buisiness could do with is for it to be a bit larger, but have no fear they are in the process of undergoing an extension on the premises, so fingers crossed it will soon be full of even more amazing creatures!
