Cold enough to freeze the chuff off a penguin
Utterly freezing in there. Within minutes the lovely food was so cold it tasted refridgerated and spoilt the taste. The staff were rude about the air conditioning and didn't do anything about it till the meal was over. A perfectly good night ruined as it was so cold in there it made me ill. Definately a place to avoid, especially in the winter!!!!!!!!!

Unnecessary arctic conditions
I was hopeful when I arrived at this restaurant and walked past the tempting array of dishes on offer. However, it became apparent as soon as I sat down that I was actually about to dine in the equivalent of an arctic icedrift when I peered up to see an airconditioning unit blowing down freezing cold air right over the table. The food may well have been lovely, I can't say for sure because I was forced to clear my plate within 5 minutes to prevent the luke warm food from turning ice cold. Not only was the air cold, but it blew in draughts as only a/c does, so I ended up with dry lips and chilly arms too. Not a good way to start a night out and one friend was already suffering with a stiff neck/shoulder which was made all the worse by such poor temperature control. Despite being asked on several occasions, no effort was made to kill the a/c or offer any form of compensation for the suffering caused. This restaurant should be renamed The Freezing Dragon after my experience!

Freezing!
The food itself was quite nice, would have been lovely had it been warm. It may have been warm when it left the hot plate, but the restaurant itself was so cold, the food was stone cold within minutes. The air conditioning was on far too cold and far too strong, our serviettes were being blown off the table and the laminated menus were even blowing about! We complained several times and asked for the air conditioning vent above our table to be turned off.........the waitress suggested the problem was with my sleeveless top and not their system!!!!! Had we not been a massive group of over 15 people, we would have insisted on moving tables. It is not a place I wish to visit again, with or without a warm jumper, scarf & gloves if that is the attitude of the staff.
