Pitiful Service
Buy Fencing Direct have no idea what customer service is. They have long lead times and then when they fail to deliver on their specified day, they don’t feel it necessary to inform their customers. When you complain that there has been no delivery, you are told that you will have to wait until they are next in your area. (In my case, another 7 days.) I have no idea what the actual product is like as I am still waiting for delivery. Pitiful service.
