Very poor customer service.

Wish I could have given no stars cause that's all that they deserve. Filled out a request from there website asking for a quote on installing a EV charger and a quote to repair the wiring to our solar panels. Replied back with additional info as requested and it was just under two weeks and on the second email sent to them from me having a go at them saying that there customer service is seriously poor and me leaving a negative review for them to reply to me. They said that they could reply due to illness but I know that when a person is off sick in a customer service role that there are other staff who can step up and help out when needs be. So what the hell has happened here. No quote on either the installation of the ev charger or the repair of the solar panel wiring. And when they finally replied there was no mention of the solar panel repair they were more interested in the ev charger. I got in touch with them after being recommended by my brother in law, who can't stop apologising for recommending them to me and is shocked by the lack of communication from them. The only advice I could give you all who have seen my review is stay clear and use another company.
