I recently went for some shopping at the mortimer Road co op,I have had a complete knee replacement only a couple of months ago and was still using a crutch and trying to shop with a basket, then a lovely staff member 'janette" who had just finished her shift and was about to go home, saw that I was struggling and took my basket and did my shopping for me, she then carried my shopping to my house near by !!!. I couldn't thank her enough but she just gave me a lovely smile and said " no problem ". She's an absolute gem,
