We treat everyone we meet with courtesy, politeness and consideration. We will provide a cost estimate at the outset so you know your financial commitment and will provide regular progress reports.

Our services and premises are accessible to people with disabilities. We will make any reasonable adjustments if you have a special need. Please let us know. For those with mobility difficulties car parking arrangements will be notified in advance. Where appropriate and reasonable, home visits can be offered if you are unable to travel to our offices.

You will be asked for your preferred method of communication and be provided with the contact details of your main Hay & Kilner solicitor.

If you are required to attend a court or tribunal, we will plan ahead to ensure that the premises is accessible, adequate communication facilities are available and that papers are provided in suitable formats. We will inform relevant third parties if you require correspondence in an alternative format.

Where appropriate and reasonable, we can provide translators for clients who are unable to communicate effectively in English or a British Sign Language Interpreter for those clients with profound hearing loss.
