It's absolutely disgusting how I've called over 57 times since 4pm yesterday to 8:10am this morning to try and get an appointment for my child. Phones constantly engaged. Something needs done ASAP, I think there's such a crowded overload that they genuinely don't care about giving bad customer service to intentionally lose customers. This happens every time we need an appointment! It's a joke.
