When we decided to extend our family, we really didn't want to move from our two bedroomed terrace. The perfect solution was to get a loft conversion. We contacted Ian and Karl and they made the process very easy for us. The whole job, including a new third bedroom, a second bathroom, a new staircase and two dormers, only took eight weeks. We are very pleased with the work; the builders did a beautiful job. It's very simple, you don't need to worry, Ian and Karl took care of everything for us, electrics, plumbing plastering etc. It was a very exciting project.
