These Lads are AMAZING!

Iv been waiting over 20 years for my new bathroom and when I first went into Impact Bathrooms I had already told another company I was thinking of going with them so felt bad going back to cancel, The other company said they would match the price of Impact but could I put down over half in cash up front, Huge mistake, they came into my home and basically destroyed it, they left me with a bathroom I couldn't use, also leaving me so low, I returned to Impact to purchase a bath for my family to use, I explained to David and Micheal what had happened and showed them pictures of what I had been left with explaining that I would be replacing everything bit by bit, When I left the show room I not only left with my new bath but my whole dream bathroom! They showed me understanding, compassion and understanding, they didn't hurry me away, they listened and took their time to talk to me and help calm me, they were simply amazing, When I returned to work and told everyone they said I was joking, even my husband said your mistaken people don't do things like that, They have looked after me from start to the finish of my new dream bathroom, nothing is too much trouble, no corners have been cut, I can honestly say these people are genuine and really listen to your needs, their service is outstanding, A huge thank you from all of my family
