bsite states 1-3 days arrival. Never even got a dispatch email in that time. Company unreachable via telephone and only one of my emails was responded to saying it's actually 1-3 days shipping. no dispatch in time frame given and no response to emails. Order was for my Mums birthday so greatly inconvenient. A week later I cancelled the order as was no use to me late but they sent the next day regardless. Have to refuse the goods on attempted delivery so as to not have to return at my own expense. PayPal and trading standards working with me... Hopefully this appalling company is stopped from trading soon. Some of these positive reviews are suspiciously defensive?! All negitive ones are same problem as mine which speaks volum

What can I say about this Lovely Family Run Business....They have given me SUPER service All items are sent insured with a tracking number All items are lovely and match their on line site descriptions They are Friendly,Fast,Reliable, & Nothing is too much trouble for them I am Very Happy buying from *Just Juels Jewellery * & I have just been back to buy again!
