Terrible Inventory company

Hi, I have used Eclipse Inventories when entering the property that I am renting. I have been entirely unsatisfied with the service offered. The clerk informed me that I would have 14 days upon the reception of the report to send any remarks or highlight anything which may have been forgotten for it to be taken into account which I have done as several items had been misrepresented. Eclipse Inventories did not reply to my queries but instead liaised with the agent who represents the Landlord (not the tenant). After insistence only did the company inform me that my remarks would be kept on file and looked at when I would exit the property. I brought to their attention the fact that the sole aim of having an inventory made by a third party is to ensure that a neutral party formally establishes the status of the property in detail for both the landlord and the tenant. In this case, the landlord agreed that the remarks I had inserted were correct - its the inventory company which refused to correct its inventory and therefore ensure that the formal document does reflect the actual status of the property. Eclipse inventory refused to correct the situation even though they have clearly not adhered to the standards of their profession. I will never use this company again or recommend them.
