very dissapointing, service4service promised to service the car as manufact spec, did not do that when questioned tried to play with the wording of what was originally agreed, just gave up with them, they guy tried to bamboozil me with rubbish, also car was picked up late, called them 2times to sort it and no clean as promised, terrible after sales

No completely happy. I asked the person picking up my van if they could replace a tail light bulb which he wrote down on his sheet and also a clean on its return. None of these requests were done and my van was returned with grease marks on 4 doors . . . NOT HAPPY . . the service dash lights were still illuminated, even though it had a full service and should have been reset. The pricing was reasonable but not that competitive compared to a main dealer, I will not be using this company again as I thought I would give them ago and give them the benefit of the doubt if it was good then I would get my other vehicle serviced. I should have read reviews before commencing with this company.

Very friendly, helpful service
Very friendly, helpful service. Called up, booked the service, car was collected, called and payed over the phone, car was dropped back cleaned. Absolutely faultless service.

Perfect Service
Had a full service at realistic price. Car was returned cleaned. Service four Service were outstanding and will recommend. Nice to see this in todays times !!

First class experience
I have just had an excellent experience with Service 4 Service, just purchasing a second hand Xsara Picasso, I spoke to one of customer service department they advised on how i should get my car checked over and serviced, the driver that came to collect my car was just as helpful running through all the details, i was also then kept informed throughout the day on the progress, and to add the car came back to me all done, clean and complete. Definately a returning customer.

Very Happy
Very smooth, no hassle service. Car recieved a full service at a very competetive price and best of all it didint effect my day atall. Car returned spotless, staff were very proffesional. Definetly going to be a returning customer.

Excellent Service
Really suprised to see the below comments?? I had my bmw 3 series serviced last week and thought the whole process was faultless. My car was picked up at 8:30 and taken to the garage, i was then called at around 11am to tell me my front brake disks & pads needed replacing (which i knew they were low anyway) my car was then dropped back around 4pm with a full valet. The price was very competitive and i would certanly recomend them to anyone. Ricky.

Disappointing
Booked through service4service as seemed a really convenient way of getting my car serviced & then cleaned however I was extremely disappointed to find that my car hadn't been given the wash & vac that they advertised all over their website. I received a call asking for payment before I had been home so had no option but to pay before I had checked the work that had been carried out. Had I known this I would have refused to pay the full amount as part of the deal was to include a valet. Tried calling to find out what had gone on but no answer. Tried calling again a few days later to be told I would be called back however this didn't happen so I called again to be told I would receieve a call back which I did however all I was told is that the washer had conveniently broken that day & they were not willing to offer anything other than an apology. I explained that I should have at least been called to explain that my car would not have been cleaned or perhaps they could have taken it somewhere else for the valet however they didn't seem too bothered so needless to say I wont be using them again as the customer service was unfortunatley very disappointing!
