We are an association of local Designers with a strong focus on good design and customer service. We provide a complete managed service including the design planning building regulations and Structural Engineer calculations for your new extension loft conversion internal alterations or new build. We manage the entire process with the local authorities for you and keep you fully informed of the progress of your application along the way. At Architectural Services we produce plans for extensions, loft conversions, garden rooms and new builds, then consult with the local council and apply for planning permission on your behalf. We also supply Building Regulations and Structural Engineer and SAP calculations if required. In fact everything required to get you to the build stage.
