Hmmmm not the best offering of this chain
Nice decor and clean and tidy but similar to many fast food restaurants in guildford - there are soooo many kids parties going on in here all the time!Food is lovely at Pizze Express but the service here is slow and they mucked up 2 of our pizzas but forgetting to leave off ingredients.Price is reasonable but have been to much better Pizza Express restaurants

Disappointing
Although the area inside is nice, and the place also has a garden round the back for lovely weather - too many times the food has been disappointing for various reasons, such as Pizza too well done, not well done enough, hair in a plate of food! Zizzi over the road is better.

Good for kids
What a dull menu and it hasn't changed in decades? Also they used to have some extremely dubious payment practices for their staff. Lovely venue and you get what you see, albeit that isn't going to get you very excited. Where it does come up trumps is for children.
