One to miss!
I ate here once, and that was enough. The food really is not nice. The one star is for the play ground equipment which was extensive. But the playground was untidy and unloved. Visit the Jolly Farmer in Blacknest instead - better playground & very decent grub!

Pretty ordinary
The food here is cheap - at least at lunchtime - and for that reason its worth going here. However it is more like standard pub food - reheated stuff - very ordinary. It's really only worth 2 stars for its food quality - but probably 4 stars for its price. That's always a difficult balance; paying a low price but you only really get what you pay for. It has a huge car park and is easy to find. However, its not a place I head for when I want to go out for lunch - its really only ordianry and average. The staff too are only average in their service - so I don't highly rate it.
