I found them to be very professional. They gave me a free quote and explained clearly exactly what they would do. When they arrived they were very efficient, quickly doing the work and tidying up as they went. The garden was actually tidier after they finished than it was prior to them starting. After pruning my silver birches I am now going to get them to do my conifers as I was so pleased with their previous work.
