Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on you. I was overcharged on two separate occasions, a total of £14. I complained and received no response. Management don't care and drivers get away with blue murder. I gave them a final chance and booked for my elderly disabled father and they over charged him. Shocking, disgusting and unforgiveable behaviour. Never again. 1 star because I can't leave a zero.

Absolute Rubbish
NEVER EVER USE!! booked a 6 seater cab as had 3 elderly people (one just out of hospital) to take out. After 25 minutes of waiting after being told 5 minutes called to be told another 30 minutes. Asked for a 4 seater instead at a slight discount which was agreed, so I ran to get a train instead to get a call as i arrived with the train there to be told "driver won't do it at reduced fare". As I was there went into the office to find driver just sitting there and controller unwilling to help at all. After a heated argument, they all had to walk and get a train. AGAIN NEVER EVER USE.
