Strange experience
First visit went ok, altho a bit stressful. But I, wrongly, had the impression of good customer service and helpfulness.Second appointment was very distressing. I had set aside my morning for my appointment and on arrival was greeted with a vitriol by the owner which I cannot explain and thrown out of the shop. Something about 'loyalty' (after only 1 previous visit 6 months before) but nothing was explained -just plain rudeness- possibly because I was visiting my friend who was at another hairdresser down the road. Maybe some vendetta between the two business- but I will never know. I'am new to the neighbourhood in any case. So take care in going to this business, the other one nearby is more up to date and friendly and you won't be treated like this.
