AWFUL - AVOID AT ALL COST
If I could give them a minus I would.. We paid for a full Structural Survey to determine if the building we were buying was structurally sound - we Paid nearly £1k.. J Lane would not commit one way or another to say if the building was suffering from subsidence or serious structural movement - so we then had to cut our losses & then find a more competent Surveyor who knew what he was talking about & was prepared to give us his professional opinion (which is after all what we thought we were paying for!) - All they are interested in taking your Money & covering their own interests..
