One of the worst experience
It’s been more than 2 months since I’ve ended my contract with them and still waiting for my deposit, even the agents said there is no reason to be kept by the landlord. During my tenancy it was impossible to contact the landlord to highlight the issues, being let and managed I had to deal only with the agents. Now, the agents are saying there is not they problem, it is landlord decision, even they do not agree with her. The landlord is trying to make me pay for invented issues and now Smartspace Property doesn’t care. They took my money for 5 years, not their problem anymore! Making complaints to be sure this won’t happen to others.
