All our vehicles are HPI Checked, a copy of the certificate is given with each vehicle, every vehicle is subject to a rigorous multi-point pre-delivery inspection and 7 days Free Norwich Union/Aviva Drive-away Insurance. We are authorised and Regulated by the FSA, members of the RMIF,the IMI, the FSB and have subscribed to the Motor Industry Code of Practice.

McCarthy Cars has signed up to Feefos customer feedback system and as such, is believed to be the first car showroom in the country to allow all its customers to leave genuine feedback about their experience. Using Feefo, McCarthy Cars will be proactively inviting every customer to leave feedback on their experience with the showroom and due to Feefos customer promise, each and every review will be posted without modification (except for profanities), so that existing and new customers know the responses are genuine, without being manipulated in any way. Company founder Jim McCarthy has been selling cars to thousands of happy customers since 1973 and puts the success of the company largely down to their amazing service. His family business has now extended to two other sites and is run by his three sons, all of whom are dedicated to listening to their customers needs. James said "To sell cars for as long as we have, you have to get it right each time you make a sale, otherwise people wont come back. We think we do a pretty good job in customer service and thats why we are prepared to let our customers do the talking and tell others how they feel." However, he continues "Whats more, if we get it wrong then we want to hear about it and have the opportunity to put it right. Perhaps showing people that we care, even when we do get things wrong will show them that we mean what we say about our focus on customer service." Really satisfied with their after-care
