DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN NEAR YOUR HAIR!!
I asked Louisa Brown to take a couple of inches of my hair and she cut about seven and even then it wasn't straight. She still insisted that I pay her even though it was clear by the length of the hair that she'd cut was more than two inches. I then had to go and pay someone who knew what they were doing. You're better off cutting your own hair!!
