Rude, late and totally unapologetic
Salesman promised the world and never delivered. We ordered £12000 of windows and doors from this company, due to be fitted first week of June and they have just finished (last week in august) parts we not available and then were wrong, fitters turned up unexpected in the early hours, when windows were fitted they were cracked and needed to be replaced, no apology, no discount, no excuses. Shoddy company up for a quick buck avoid avoid avoid
