Although the name has changed, there has been a public house on this site since the early 16th Century. Many of the original features remain and can still be seen in the pub. We stock a wide range on ales which we are proud to source from the local independent brewers of East Anglia. A marvellous place to meet friends for a drink or stay and have a fantastic meal. Our menu is substantial and changes regularly with game nearly always on the menu. There is always a good selection of old English favourites alongside vegetarian options and some globally inspired alternatives.
