A very upsetting experience whereby my dog was shaved/ clipped over his chest, full legs, neck and face. The characteristics of a Bearded Collie have been totally removed, which was shocking when collected. The groomer did offer to correct free of charge, but was so unsure how this could be corrected and that further time at this groomers would upset my dog even further that I never returned. Larling groomers in Needham Market left my dog looking ridiculous, my cat doesn't even recognise him, which is incredible. I strongly urge anyone considering using this groomers for a pedigree to reconsider.
