Ipswich Open Ultimate - Suffolk Ultimate Frisbee Team

IOU is a friendly, open ultimate team in Ipswich. We run regular training sessions, every Wednesday, and always welcome new members.

As the only ultimate team in Ipswich, and Suffolk, we are looking to expand and spread the word about ultimate frisbee. If you're interested the sport, or even if you haven't heard about it before, come along to our open trainings. We make sure to welcome new-comers and have plenty of experience in teaching the starting points.

If the sport side isn't your thing then fear not, IOU's trainings are open to those just looking for a bit of structured fitness. Our leaders have been running sessions and coaching team members for years so you know you can be in for a varied set of exercises!

IOU's trainings run Wednesday evenings, please check the website for location and timings. (Summer months are spent in Christchurch Park 6-8pm and Winter months are at St John the Baptist Church court on Cauldwell Hall Road 6:30=8:30pm)
