The car we bought from them blew a head-gasket withing 3 weeks. Balance Hill took car back and repaired it. They said they had used improved parts so it wouldn't go again. Problems persisted, with temperature gauge for example. They had the car back twice more before they fixed it. Fast forward 12 months and the gasket has blown again. The experienced mechanic who has stripped it down has found the work Blance Hill did to be extremely shoddy and incompetent. Bits missing, not put back properly. Basically the cheapest repaire possible to last only long enough to get it off their hands. I urge others to AVOID.
