Awful customer service

We had an ok photoshoot but I've had alot better! It was after the problems started! We were lied to about the cheapest photos available and eneded up paying double what we could have if we had been told about the cheapest prices! The photos we received we incorrect they changed my sons head around but didn't do the same to the logo on the top! I queried this which is when I found out I could have had the pictures cheaper! So I put in an official complaint which they chose to ignore instead starting email arguments with me, they then told me they were sending my emails to their legal team! (Basically bullying me) to which I knew as an independent small company they wouldn't have a legal team! I put this to them to which they replied that they didn't! Why lie! I've have chosen to seek legal advice myself against this company! I have offered to return the photos for a refund which they declined I then agreed that due to them not being able to sell my photos to someone else I would accept the photo which is incorrect for the cheapest price I could have gotten them for, they ignored me! I rang several photographers around the area and further a field who all were disgusted by Taylor Ewins and had too heard bad stories about them!!! I would not have my photos done here! If you are looking for a fab photographer around this area rob price is excellent!
