appointed by Co-operative home insurance to replace glass panels on patio door. The engineer who was appointed to asses & measure up turned up on the dot & was professional & courteous but when they were give the job an am appointment was made during the week which meant i had to take the morning off work (no real probs) but they never showed which meant i lost the whole day & the job was never carried out - they never phoned me once to let me know they were running late - waste of time :(
