The primary services will consist of helping the customer organisation, to solve its problems and manage change. The services will include but will not be limited to, ensuring that new technologies are researched and evaluated in light of the customers' requirements, managing major telecommunications projects, developing a budget for telecommunication to deliver agreed service levels, overseeing recruitment and training of telecommunications staff, developing the telecommunications strategy of the organisation and directing the implementation of telecommunications strategy, infrastructure, procurement and standards within the organisation.
