ARROGANT
A contractor ordered a skip from this company, when it was full he duly paid for the skip, we rang the company as it was blocking our caravan in the driveway and when we asked them to move the skip the argued it was not paid for resulting in ourselves contacting the contractor who in turn had to chase a1 to get it moved. They do not put the customers first and Nigel at a1 was very arrogant jobsworth.
