Mercedes or Digger?
When you hire their digger, it's checked over for scratches as if you are hiring a Sports Car. The digger itself is a BRILLIANT digger, but their 'Customer Relations' are non existant. Even though your hire form might state "drop Friday 5pm", don't expect it to be true - if they wish to use the digger themselves they will drop on the saturday morning and tell you "oh, they've changes the drop time, they don't drop on Friday evenings anymore". Overall: GOOD DIGGER TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE And beware of the person that drives the delivery / pick-up truck for the Digger, he is unable to listen to full sentences.
