DO NOT USE THESE KENNELS

We left our two labradors in the hands of this business after a recommendation from a dog walker. Biggest mistake. The girls were firstly pushed into a wet kennel by a young girl who had no interest in finding out about their requirements. We bought our own food for them as they have special gun dog food. This was dismissed and she had no interest in writing down how much they take, we also brought their beds as we wanted them to have at least the smell of home with them. The dogs were delivered home at a charge of £15, they had flees, a cold and they had lost weight. One of their beds was torn apart. When we asked for some feedback as was concerned that they had been stressed and done this (accepting that they didnt do it to the bed) but we were told that the beds were romoved the moment we left the kennels and took no responsibility for the condition the beds were left in. We were shouted at down the phone and accused of lying. They also forgot to drop off their food, and we were then told if they were 'out and about' they might drop it back. This was the most un professional service and I would never keep my dogs there again. They have no concern for the welfare of an animal and are more concerned with taking cash in hand!
