After paying in excess of £15,000 for a full and final financial settlement it is not full or final and now my exhusband is exploiting a loop hole in the law to extort money from me. I refered this matter back to Moseleys who replied that they acted in good faith on the information which was available at the time which was incorrect. I have referred this then to the financial ombudsman who took over two months to say it is outside of their remit and now it is being refered to the legal ombudsman. Birmingham Midshires who made the error responsible for this mess have also disassociated themselves from any responsibility. I am now in a position where I could loose my home and I have a son with special needs.
