Hypnotherapist, NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) practitiioner, Life Coach and Stress Management Consultant. I work with adults and children from age 5, to help overcome many different issues such as smoking, weight, stress, phobias, confidence, pregnancy/childbirth, exam nerves, pain, performance (sports, academic, music and performing arts), motivation, sleep, habits, IBS and many more!
