Awful.
The new man who owns the shop is disrespectful and rude. He's humiliated me infront of other customers and I've witnessed him be as nasty and rude to other women in the shop. He blew his cigarette in my face and refused me entry by standing infront of the doorway and laughing in my face, all because I must have inconvenienced him by trying to purchase something while he was smoking. He also sells illegal foreign tobacco products.
