Tower House Cattery

I recently took our 17yr old cat for a week to the above cattery. I explained that he hadn't been well, had lost a lot of weight and was now on one tablet each morning which I took and needed extra food which I provided. The owner knew I was concerned about him as I'd made a previous visit in order to explain his 'problems' but when I went to collect him it was the owners husband who was there. My cat seemed very frightened and when I asked how he'd had been, and why he hadn't been given all the pills I had provided, he had no answers and didn't really seem interested . Despite the place being advertised as only taking cats, there was loud barking from the owners dogs each time I went .I did e-mail the owner the following day for some feed back but didn't get an reply. I will not be using Tower House Cattery again.
