Stay Away !

I bought a jumper here last month. When I got it home I noticed that it had a small hole and a run in the sleeve - because this was on the side of the sleeve I hadn't noticed it when quickly trying it on in their dimly lit changing room. Problem is that I live 200 miles away so, after a conversation with one of the staff, I agreed to return the jumper by post and requested a refund. I hastened a response several times and eventually had an answer machine message accusing me of damaging the jumper because "all their stock is perfect" and saying that I could not have my money back. I responded by telephoning and again speaking to staff rather than Hazel herself (who is very reluctant to communicate with me directly) and saying that I did not accept her position and that I would be in touch. Clearly customer service means nothing to these people and neither do basic consumer rights. I am now in correspondence with Trading Standards. I can only say "stay away" from this second rate shop with second rate customer service.
