After Sales Service
uying a car from Eddie Wright's is easy. However, don't expect it to have been properly checked over. They seem to use the warranty sold to you from the RAC as their personal servicing dept. so any faults are covered by someone else. Also there is no urgency shown in sorting out these problems. My air conditioning and handbrake were both faulty and in fact twelve months on the aircon is still not working. It was not the service I expected from a showroom which claims to be the No 1 car dealership in North Lincolnshire and claims to have won that award in 2012. I doubt I would buy from them again.
