First-time buyer for mortgage and insurances
Alan helped us to get our mortgage agreed and never gave up on getting us the best deal after lenders were changing their criteria just as the credit crunch hit. We were impressed with the lenders he had access to and all the different options were fully explained and we decided on a fixed mortgage to ensue we knew what our monthly payments would be. Alan also helped us with our insurances and managed to reduce our contents insurance and we moved from a flat to a house, so again we were very happy with saving money and sorting it all out with well known companies and all with one advisor.

Remortgage for extension and debt consolidation
We recently asked you to remortgage our house in order to finance an extension and consolidate some debts. Ignoring the fact, that you have managed to negotiate a deal for us to borrow a further £20,000 without actually spending any more money(which was astounding in itself!)-we wanted to write and say how much we appreciated your clear, and understandable explanation of our remortgage, your availability to meet us at a time of our convenience, and your diligence in following our mortgage through to completion. You made the entire process painless and hassle-free. Everything was easy to understand and we appreciated that you took into consideration our need for security and stability in repayments, rather than forcing us into a particular deal,(something which we have experienced in the past). Needless to say I have no hesitation in referring your services to others and I will continue to do so.

Organised and sorted out my mortgage
After speaking with Alan Young I was convinced that with his services my mortgage would be completed pretty much hassle free. His service was fast,efficient and was he was always in contact.
