My daughter went here on satauday at 12 and was out at closing time! She wanted somthing called a purple dip dye, but came out with blonde much higher up the hair than she wanted it. The colour varied from a darker blonde at the top to grey like at the bottom. They knew it was not complete to be fair but did not arrangement a time to put it right. If she colours it now I am sure it will soak into all of the blonder area. The whole time she had a photo on her camera of what she wanted!
