Fire Reinstatement Valuations
Many commercial property owners are under insured. We undertake reinstatement valuations using the elemental method required by the RICS/insurance Associations to ensure that the levels of insurance is correct for the premises.

Advise landlord and tenants on dilapidations issues on commercial leases. Acting for the landlord we prepare schedules of dilapidations, negotiate settlements in accordance with the current Dilapidations protocol
