Bradley Apartments is a registered care home service for adults with a learning disability, autistic spectrum condition and/ or complex co-morbid conditions such as mental health problems, challenging behaviour, personality disorder.

Three levels of service are offered at Bradley Apartments to support individuals who need; support in progressing to a robust community service; those who want to avoid a hospital admission but have high support needs; or those who are currently living in the community who due to crisis require a period of nursing care and support.
